The recent and past fires in our province have deeply impacted many, from those evacuated or on alert, to others who are distressed by witnessing events unfold. These experiences can bring feelings of fear, anxiety, helplessness, frustration and more.
We are offering free, 1.5-hour virtual sessions that provide a safe and supportive space to:
