I’m not talking about word events here but rather small, individual, micro moments like a dog barking that jolts your system when you’re in meditation,
Stepping off the sidewalk to realize you almost got hurt (but didn’t actually)
A heated argument with someone you normally don’t argue with
Something gets your blood boiling or anxiety spiking but resolves relatively quickly
those types of events/ energies. They’re intentional rn and allowing new codes to drop into an otherwise sold system.
In Frequency Immersion the message was ‘a system reset’
