If you and your family are new to qathet, the Health Connect Registry is the fastest way to get connected with a local healthcare provider.

Follow these three steps to register:

1️⃣ Go to the Health Connect website: healthlinkbc.ca/find-care/health-connect-registry

2️⃣ Fill out the form: be ready with your and your family's personal health numbers, your home address, and an email or phone number where you can be contacted.

3️⃣ Wait to be contacted: someone from our team will reach out when a family physician or nurse practitioner is available.

Tuesday, September 30th is Truth and Reconciliation Day in Canada. This day is meant for us to reflect on the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, while also honoring the survivors, their families, and communities.

If you've never registered - or registered in another town, but have since moved - visit healthlinkbc.ca/find-care/health-connect-registry to add or update your personal information.

You can also call 8-1-1 if you prefer to register over the phone.

Either way, don't delay! The HCR is the fastest way to get connected with a local primary care provider.
