RENEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT

With routines coming back into action I will be continuing with some Renew Classes.

For those who don't know or maybe have never attended, a Renew Class is a tissue release class focusing on fascial tissue. It helps mobilize, decompress and simply release your body.

I have studied the practice of Block Therapy for over 7 years and it is how I have continued to have a pain free body.

It is not an exercise class, come to this class in comfy sweatpants and a t shirt. We use a rounded wooden block to find targeted areas to lay on with limited movement to create our release.

The only limitation this class would have is for people who cannot lay down, or have progressive arthritis with very low bone density.

So I am changing things up a bit. I will be hosting these classes from my home. This may change in the future if class sizes and demand for the classes grow to big.

I have 3 classes set for the coming months:
Thursday Sept. 25th 7pm- Back and Shoulders
Thursday October 23rd 7pm- Hip Release
Thursday October 30th 7pm- Arms and Neck

Classes are 75 minutes long and cost $31.50 per person.

I do have a 24 hour cancelation policy for these classes. Please reach out ASAP so I can fill your spot if you are unable to attend.

4 years ago today I started massaging in Preeceville.

This community has helped me grow so much. I have met so many incredible people and have been so fortunate to be included in peoples lives.

Every person has heard about my Beautiful Bronx and I am beyond happy that she gets to be part your treatment now and our very own therapy dog.

I just want to say Thank You, for trusting me with your treatments and you continued support. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am.
