You may have heard from your loved ones that we had people crawling around our crawlspaces this week and that in fact is true! Access cable spent most of the week here with a large crew crawling around the crawlspaces and rewiring our entire building to digital cable. If your loved one already subscribes to cable through us, this transition has been completed and new equipment has been installed. If you are not subscribed to cable, please contact the office at 306-547-3366 and we can get this hooked up for you. Everyone in the building is currently subscribed to the Silver package which includes all channels listed under the bronze and silver packages. IF you want to upgrade your loved one to the GOLD package, this is an option but please call Candace at the office and she can guide you through it.
Staff are here to help the transition with the new remotes and channels, so if your loved one contacts you feeling frustrated please encourage them to ask the staff. Included for your reference is a picture of the remote. 1. Power, 2. Channel up/down, 3. Volume up down and 4. Guide (may be easier to leave this option out for some and encourage channel up / down use). This remote has been programmed to each TV so they no longer need to use their other remote to turn on / off tv! Again, please encourage them to ask any staff member for help when needed, we want to make this as seamless and easy as possible!
Also: Please note: the prices included in this pamphlet are prices for the PUBLIC to pay, this is NOT what your loved one will pay - our cable prices stay the same - they have not changed! :)
