Tanya Miller, N.P., and retired CRA agent Janet Sinclair have set aside some time on Saturday, Oct. 25/25 to fill out the forms and provide guidance on the process.

There are 3 spots left available, for Prince Albert residents, at 10am, 11am, and 12 noon.

**These appts are FOR-FEE, one hour long, and payment for Tanya's time and the service is due at the time of the appt and Janet's fee will be discussed in the appointment** Prior to the appointment date, Janet will reach out to everyone to gather as much information as possible, to be fully prepared :)
