So excited to be adding studies to my personal and professional growth. I have brought meditation practice into my personal life the last 4+ years and am looking forward to connecting with the teachings of breath work.

Hello and welcome to White Deer Wellness. My name is Nicole Roy and I am newly extending my counselling services to Prince Albert, SK and area.
Questioning every step of the way “what is counselling?”, I continue to explore ways that Métis peoples have maintained wellness and mental health. The beautiful teachings my aunties, sisters, mothers, and mémés are what guides my practice.
Grateful to continue to work in First Nation communities; it is through the Kin I have spent time with that gives me courage to follow my heart and bring compassion into my practice.
