🌸 HEARTS IN BLOOM • Now Accepting Registrations 🌸
A therapeutic group for children who need more joy, confidence, and emotional support.

If your child has been feeling sad, overwhelmed, discouraged, or just not as bright and joyful as they used to be, Hearts in Bloom was created for them.

This gentle 6 week counselling group for ages 7 to 9 blends creative art, gratitude and joy-building activities, emotional learning, hands-on projects, and weekly animal-assisted therapy. Everything is designed to help children feel lighter, calmer, more confident, and more connected again.

Children will learn how to express their feelings in healthy ways, build emotional resilience, notice positive moments in everyday life, strengthen social skills, experience comfort and calm through a therapy animal, and rediscover things that make them happy and curious.

Starts: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 pm
Ages: 7 to 9
Length: 6 weeks
Cost: 55 dollars per weekly session (330 total)
Insurance: Receipts provided for private insurance, NIHB covered for Treaty Status children
Group Size: Maximum of 8 participants
Location: Inspired Hearts Animal-Assisted Therapy & Wellness, 77 15th St E., Prince Albert
This is a drop-off group.

I’m officially offering Reiki and Reiki/Counselling Combination Sessions!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, this is going to be a game changer.

Life has become heavier for so many families lately. If you have been thinking about starting counselling but feel held back by financial strain, I am opening additional spaces for clients who need help at an income based rate.

Now offering a sliding scale for low income families with no other counselling coverage.
Compassionate, trauma informed support for individuals, teens, families, and children.

In person and virtual appointments available.

As always we do bill NIHB, Victim Services, WCB and are covered under health insurance plans!

Meet Nyla. Therapy Cat in Training. She is a natural and is already melting hearts. The minute the cat carrier hits the floor she runs into it so she can make her way to work with me. Therapy animals must truly love the work they do, and this little meow meow is no exception!!!!❤️

So amazingly grateful for all the days I get to work with my animals. Taking my newest baby to work with me so she can learn the ropes!!! Guess it was meant to be look at all her hearts. So crazy my baby kitty was born with hearts.
