1. Please provide 24 hours notice of any changes to your appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who are waiting to see us. Any no-shows or short notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee being added to your account.

2. Young children will not be allowed in the treatment rooms. Our treatment rooms have medical equipment where medical procedures are taking place. We would not want to see anyone get injured. This reminder will also be put on all appointment confirmations in the near future. If you need to bring your child, please ensure there is someone to sit with them in the waiting room.
