Their courage echoes the strength of our grandfathers and grandmothers who stood for our land, our families, and our way of life. Today we lift their names, and acknowledge their journeys, and wrap their spirits in honour. "Self-love isn’t selfish — it’s sacred."

Self-love means honoring who you are — your heart, your story, your body, and your journey.

It’s learning to accept yourself fully, even when you’re still growing.

Self-love looks like:
-Speaking kindly to yourself
-Setting healthy boundaries
-Forgiving your past
-Celebrating your wins (big or small)

When you practice self-love, you create space for peace, confidence, and joy to enter your life.
