*Important update*

Effective October 1st I will no longer be able to offer appointments after 2:45 (latest start time would be 1:45) or evening spots. With the season of life we’re in, living out of the city and the kids in sports I will need to pause the later appointments. Once our house is built and we’re moved back home, I’m hoping to resume them. Thank you for understanding.

In case you’ve missed it, we are moving! This Thursday will be my last day working out of my home clinic!

I will start up my practice again the beginning of September and will be working out of Cradled Wellness located at 3770 5 ave East while our house is being built!
