Good Morning, we are reaching out in case anyone knows of someone looking to sell their home in the next few months....

Our original plan to build outside the city after our house sold has been changed, our kiddos miss the city life.

We are looking to purchase a home in the crescent acres area (must be at least 4 bedrooms, bonus if there is an office located off the main entrance. Prefer two story with a basement and a 3 car garage), we are not in a huge rush and willing to wait for the perfect house and we are willing to put in an offer with a longer possession date if needed as we do have a lake property to live at. We have a realtor, but there is nothing on the market currently.
