April 13th | 1PM – Self Mastery & Enoughness This journey is a dedicated somatic intervention for those who find themselves trapped in the ‘never-enough’ loop - individuals who despite their successes, are plagued by persistent self-doubt, a loud inner critic and the habit of measuring their worth through external achievement. If you struggle with the 90% subconscious thoughts that carry a negative bias, leading to anxiety, social comparison and a fear of taking risks, this 50 minute immersion is your technical override.
