Katherine will be hosting a Free Introductory Qigong class September 24th 5:30 to 6:30pm
Formal classes will start Oct 1 and run thru to Dec. 3rd.
Class times Mon 5h30-6h30.
Drop ins are welcome-no experience necessary
Drop in Rate $15 + GST
Special Class Bundle Rate $96 + GST

Level 1 Spring Forest Qigong Trainer and SFQ Certified Practice Group Leader, Reiki Master, Sound Practitioner with Crystal Singing Bowls

Sixteen years ago was a turning point in Katherine's life when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She embraced both traditional and alternative therapies in her recovery process. Qigong became an important practise as she eased back into the medical working world. It was a practise that eased anxiety, helped her sleep and feel rejuvenated.

In the last 6 years of her nursing career Katherine felt the call to practise qigong again. Her role as care giver at home and at work was taking its toll as anxiety creeped back in. She discovered Spring Forest Qigong. She was impressed with Qigong Master Chunyi Lin's philosophy of healing and his belief that we all have the capacity to heal. His vision "A healer in every family a world without pain". She has been studying under Master Lin ever since. She credits qigong as a practise that continues to support her to create vitality and happiness in her life. Now retired from her nursing career, Qigong practice and Qigong teaching is now a major focus that she enjoys sharing with others.

We now offer an exclusive HYDROTHERAPY treatment option for patients who need or want to move in water! This is an amazing rehabilitation environment for patients who have had spine, hip, knee or ankle/foot surgery. Sessions are private. Cost $60 for 30 min.
