Most youth support focuses on discussing problems or encouraging better performance. However, if a teenager cannot regulate their nervous system or trust their boundaries, conversation alone is insufficient.
I am opening limited enrollment for the Youth Resilience & Confidence Series (Ages 11-18), beginning March 16th.
This program offers eight in-depth, one-on-one sessions distinct from traditional coaching. Here’s what sets it apart:

Rather than just talking, we use a “Do-Then-Reflect” model. Each week, your teen applies a practical tool or micro-goal in real-life settings—school, sports, friendships—and we review the outcomes. Confidence develops through experience, not theory.
2. Beyond Mindset: Nervous System & Energetics
While most programs focus on the mind, we engage the body. Through breathwork and energetic awareness, I teach youth to recognize sensations, establish energetic boundaries, and calm their nervous system in real time.
3. Parent Partnership (The Sweet Spot)
You remain kept aware without intrusion. I provide brief updates on the tools we practice so you can support your teen at home, strengthening your connection while respecting their privacy.
4. Life-Ready, Not Performance-Driven
This program does not aim to “fix” your child or focus solely on grades. Instead, it builds stability and perseverance. Whether succeeding in a game or managing a conflict, your teen will develop self-trust and regulation skills to manage challenges.
