As the seasons shift, so do our daily habits, activities, and the sights and sounds around us. Spring ushers in extended daylight, fluctuating temperatures, and a move from indoor to outdoor play. While this time of year can be full of excitement, it may also present challenges for children. From adapting to longer days and changing wardrobes to settling into new routines.

Relationships are hard work 💪 and for many couples, challenging moments in their lives will put their relationship to the test. Mr. Mark Zulkoskey supports couples in recognizing how to spot and anticipate their relationship conflict (often known as the 'relationship dance'). 💃🕺

Couple therapy involves a balanced approach that provides opportunity for each partner to engage and express their relationship needs. Working together with your therapist, you and your partner can identify new ways of reaching out and connecting.

With warmer temperatures on the horizon, why not hit up Little Red and all its beauty? The brisk cold air this morning gradually gave way to the warmth of the sun. A brief stop The Knotty Pine Bistro for a coffee and then back onto the trails.

Today is World Autism Day - In recent years a greater emphasis on person centered planning has helped to improve supports available to those with autism as well as their families. Much of this shift has come directly from those with Autism. Acceptance of autism, as Autism Canada states, helps challenge and dispel stereotypes of autism and allows us to celebrate how amazing neurodiversity is!

Today is World Autism Acceptance Day! 🌍 Together, we celebrate the beautiful diversity each and every individual on the autism spectrum brings to the world. We embrace each individual's unique contributions to society and continue to advocate for understanding, acceptance, and inclusion. Thank you for being part of this important movement. Let's keep pushing for a world where everyone is valued and included.
