Freedom Physiotherapy is looking for an energetic and cheerful individual to join our awesome team and fill the role as a Receptionist/Office Administrator.
Duties include:
• Greeting our patients and consultants
• Communicating with patients and other third parties for scheduling appointments, referrals, and billing purposes.
• Gathering health information from patients and maintaining their electronic charts
• Phone, fax, scanning, and email correspondence
• Process and reconcile payments
• Electronic billing for third party insurers/WCB/SGI
• Organization and utilization of office programs (ie-Microsoft Office, Practice Perfect EMR)
• Provide various administrative support to our therapists as needed
• Coordinate Multidisciplinary Assessments
• Tidying/cleaning at the front desk and in the waiting area
Qualifications/Skills:
* Medical office experience will be considered an asset
* Excellent communication skills and speaking with the public (Must speak fluent English)
* Proficient in organization, multi-tasking, time management and prioritizing tasks
* Experience working with Microsoft Programs and general computer skills
* Preferred attributes: Personable, dependable, self-assured, strong work-ethic, able to work independently, health conscious
We are offering:
• Open to Full-time or Part-time employment. Let us know in your resume what type of hours/schedule you are interested in. The clinic is open Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00 and Fridays 8:30-3:00.
