Cancelation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subjected to pay $45. This amount must be paid before you can rebook.

If you are late for an appointment, there will be not discounts nor will your appointment be extended to make up for the time you missed. In addition, you will be charged with full amount of the treatment you booked. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. Therefore, missed appointments are costly.
