We will have an unexpected shortage of practitioners over the next three weeks, which will limit appointment availability. Our team is doing their very best to support everyone’s needs during this challenging time.
Normally, we’re proud to provide you with quick access to care and minimal wait times. To protect this level of access long term, we’re asking for your help now. If you have a routine check-up or a stable, ongoing issue, please wait until our schedule returns to normal, allowing us to prioritize urgent needs.
Drop-in hours will continue Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., but please be aware that demand is high, and we may need to limit daily visits.
Drop-ins are meant for urgent issues, quick questions, or medication refills. Complex or ongoing issues, including mental health concerns, are best handled in a scheduled visit unless there’s an urgent need.
We understand that rescheduled or delayed appointments can be frustrating. Please know that our staff is working hard to serve everyone as efficiently as possible, and we ask for your respect and patience. Kindness and understanding go a long way in supporting our team and ensuring the best possible care for our community.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Sincerely,
Dr. Textor, Dr. MacNicol, Dr. Key & Kara Hunter NP
