Ohhhkay. I can’t even begin to describe the results we are seeing with the Cyanosure Radio Frequency (RF) Microneedling Device. This type of skin tightening after three sessions made for one very happy patient! For this style of treatment we used a specific head that has not one but two exposed regions to distribute heat to stimulate both collagen and elastin reformation. I am still offering 25% off RF microneedling packages for the summer but my schedule is getting more sparse for availability. As an FYI committing to this style of treatment does require some sun avoidance and usage of quality sunscreen afterwards during this time of year.

Today was Remy’s 100th day of school and they were asked to dress like what they think they’ll look like when they are 100. He immediately asked for a muscle shirt and of course I obliged; that’s my boy 🤣❤️

Cupping for the Lungs! Yesterday was family cupping day! Not only is cupping amazing for neck and back tension it is also incredible to move qi to the lung system and help move and loosen up phlegm or congestion. Almost every patient I saw last week on top of their usual treatment plans came to me with a mild headache, sore throat and tight chest because of our record breaking poor air quality from the fires🥵 It was a week of me dishing out bonus points for the lungs! Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture are amazing but please only seek cupping and acupuncture for a child by a regulated health professional. We use a very gentle technique called flash cupping that involves no discomfort and there is no bruising with kids. The majority of cupping treatments for the lungs are performed on the back- here we are specifically cupping Zhongfu (LU 1) the command point of the Lung system useful to descend lung qi and eliminate coughing and wheezing ❤️

Nausea In Pregnancy… oh, do I get it; I was rocked in my first pregnancy and definitely didn’t tap into the healing nature of acupuncture to the capacity that I should have!
If this is currently you; early in your pregnancy or struggling well into your second trimester or beyond- starting weekly acupuncture can be a very safe an effective way to combat the nausea.
And as always my pregnant patients get priority booking❤️🤰🏻
