ACOG reaffirms the safety and benefits of acetaminophen use during pregnancy.
More than two decades of research have found no causal link between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability in children. Acetaminophen continues to be an important and safe option for managing pain and fever in pregnancy—conditions that can pose serious risks to pregnant patients and their fetuses if left untreated. Free air conditioners are still available for the people who need them most. Eligible households with annual income up to $105,000 a year can apply: https://www.bchydro.com/powersmart/residential/rebates-programs/savings-based-on-income/free-air-conditioner.html. People with a referral from their local health authority do not need to provide proof of income.

This is just one of the actions we're taking to help keep people safe when climate events occur. And it's starting to make a difference. So far 12,000 households have benefited from having cooler air during hot temperatures.

https://submit.healthcarebc.ca/bccancer/cervix-screening-kit to have a kit mailed to you (discreet packaging). you then mail it back (postage paid). we're ordering kits to have in our office as well so our patients can also pick up the kit from us!
