Meet Amy Morton, food-mood specialist, dedicated truth seeker and advocate for natural healing. For 13 years, Amy tirelessly pursued answers through mainstream treatments to help her find solutions to her binge eating problems. It was a pivotal moment when she ventured into the realm of nutritional psychology, specializing in and advocating for women's healing from within through brain chemistry repair on a biochemical level. Amy's unique approach revolves around addressing the root cause rather than merely treating symptoms – a deviation from the mainstream treatment methodologies. With a remarkable success rate, Amy is driven by her life's purpose: facilitating positive behavioral change by guiding women through the journey of healing from within. Having conquered her own battles with binge eating, which once cast a shadow over every aspect of her life, Amy is now passionate about helping others find their path to healing.

Biography

Amy Morton is a Nutritional Therapist and Food & Mood Specialist from British Columbia, Canada who struggled with binge eating most of her life. This condition affected every aspect of Amy's life and left her feeling defeated and depressed, yet still wanted to eat more despite the intense feeling of fullness.

After her scale reached triple digits multiple times and after she endured many health complications that she couldn't manage any longer, she dove deep into the world of nutritional mental health and addictions where she learned how to change her brain chemistry. After doing so, Amy's binge-eating came to a screeching halt which led her to have a healthy and harmonious relationship with both food and herself, for the first time in her life.

Now Amy shares her knowledge and expertise with women who are going through the exact same issues that she once went through and overcame.
