One month postpartum update
The first three weeks were focused on rest and recovery post c-section.
Last week I started increasing my activity
Doing some stretching, gentle core rehab and walking outside.
I am still sleeping when she sleeps.
And being productive when I feel energetic.
Weight has almost returned to Pre-pregnancy weight (134.5lb) from 178lbs.
My scar has healed very well. There is still mild pain and tightness around it. So, activity and movement is based on how it feels.
This week, I will be focusing on increasing protein and maintaining my activity level.
