It has been a busy September! So much so that Nicole forgot that social media is a part of running a business 😅.

✅ Our kids and youth are back from the summer.
✅ Competition meeting for those going to the Halloween Howl development tournament.
✅ CNC Student Life Expo.
✅ New assistant coaches in our kids and youth programming to enhance instruction.
✅ The launching of our new app.
✅ So many small wins in supporting our students of all ages.

Community is the core of any combat sport gym, and we are so proud of everyone working to make our community what it is.

Our Little Warriors and Kids Kickboxing programs are currently full. Let us know if you want to be placed on the waitlist. We have a few spots left in our Youth program.

Our Adult programs are month-to-month to give you the most flexibility, and we are always happy to see new faces on the mats!

Register before August 31st and get 25% off your first month, plus a free personal training session with Patrick Poirier. Patrick is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Weight Training.

Bring a friend, and we'll give you both 50% off your first month, plus a free personal training session.

Options to attend one, two, or three classes per week, depending on your schedule and needs. Regular pricing is $100 per month for one class per week, $125 per month for two classes per week, and $150 per month for three or more classes per week. If you bring a friend, you could pay as little as $50 for four classes and a personal training session in September.

August 2025 Schedule Update!

There are three minor changes:

🔥The Kids Class (ages 5-7) is now called Little Warriors and will be on Mondays at 4pm.

🔥Our All Levels, Women's Kickboxing, Kids, and Youth classes will now officially be including Muay Thai techniques as well. With Manuel on board, we are now able to offer more Muay Thai training that is respectful of the style and the traditions. I was going to wait until September to announce this, but I figured I would do so now for those of you still training this summer.

🔥Weekend warriors assemble! The 6am classes with Patrick will be moved to Saturdays at 10am.
