Here is what you can expect over the next couple weeks as our team heads to Burlington, ON for the Halloween Howl, and then Nicole heads to Abu Dhabi for the World Senior Kickboxing Championship. We have a fantastic team of coaches who will be covering classes so there is minimal disruption to your training.

Changes of note:

- We are CLOSED Fri, Nov 14 - Mon, Nov 17 (coaches away at the Halloween Howl tournament)

- Girls Kickboxing/Muay Thai moved to Sundays at 11:30 with Amy for two weeks

- Youth class cancelled on Weds, Nov 19

This schedule is printed and posted on the door at the gym with changes highlighted and has also been emailed to you for your convenience.
