If you are looking to squeeze in another RMT appointment before the New Year, I have some openings in the next couple of weeks!

Please note that if you are not my current client, your appointment will be considered a 'one-off' as I am not able to add to my ongoing client load at this time. If you wish to book again in the new year, you would be added to a cancellation list.

If you are available between 9am and 2pm on weekdays, I have space for you on my cancellation list!

How the cancellation list works: I can’t guarantee frequency of booking, but it is certainly sick season so I get frequent last minute openings. If a spot opens up, I will email everyone with availability for that spot. Notice is typically between 24 hours to a few days. The first person to respond back to me gets the spot. Having said that, I don’t have many cancellation list clients with day time availability right now, so there’s a good chance something will come up for you!

If you would like to be added to my cancellation list and you have availability between 9am-2pm from Monday to Friday, email alishaadams.rmt@gmail.com with your name and your general availability from what is mentioned above.

Hey folks!

'Tis the season of sickness, which means lots of cancellations! I have plenty of people on my waitlist for the afternoon, but TOMORROW I have TWO openings earlier in the day!

I have 9am and 12pm available tomorrow, Thursday March 16th.

You won't see those available on my online booking page if you are a new client, so just message me and we'll get you set up.

First come first serve! If you or someone you know is in need of a treatment, this is a great opportunity to sneak onto my schedule, as typically my books are full at least 1-2 months out.

A scheduling update:

I have now turned off online booking for NEW clients only. If you are new, please add yourself to the waitlist on my booking page and I’ll let you know when an opening comes available! Be as detailed as possible with your schedule so I don’t offer you something that definitely won’t work.

For my return clients, I have now reopened the availability so you can see openings up to 1 month out. Again, add yourself to the waitlist if you don’t see something that works.

I recommend booking 2 months in advance, in person at your appointments, but I know some folks are limited in their ability to book ahead so I wanted to ensure online booking was available for you as well.

*Updated post* ---> wow, this post took off with shares yesterday and so many of you booked! I appreciate you all so much! I will now be adjusting my online booking rolling availability to only 1 month out. This way I can prioritize my current clients on the schedule. If you don't see a time for an assessment, add yourself to the waitlist! I will connect with you if something opens up.

It was such a lovely first week, and I’m well into my second week now! I appreciate all of you for the shares and referrals.

My books are starting to fill up, so I thought I’d share my philosophy around scheduling.

It is very important to me that I offer the best care possible, and that I am able to uphold your care plan. Many people come monthly, and others come more or less often. But everyone knows it can be tough to get in to an RMT, even if you’ve seen them before.

It is my goal to minimize that difficulty as much as possible. I will do that, with your help, by doing the following:

- limiting my online booking to only 1 month rolling availability.

- booking current clients ahead multiple appointments beyond that month that’s available online, so you get first dibs on slots!

- and finally, if necessary, closing my books to new clients as soon as it gets tough to book subsequent appointments

I have 1 appointment available this Friday, and a couple next week.
