Kathryn Dawson
First Aid Instructor/Trainer, National Lifeguard Instructor, Lifesaving and Swim Trainer, Aquafit Instructor

Starting as a lifeguard herself, Kathryn quickly found a love and passion for all things aquatic. With experience working in small, single-guard pools to larger 70+ staff pools, Kathryn has seen it all. With more than half a decade of experience, Kathryn is well versed in program standards, program delivery changes, and all learning styles and is closely connected with KD Contracting’s governing body, The Lifesaving Society BC/Yukon.

This lil swimmer came to us in November, fearful of water and hesitant to try any skill. 8 lessons later and she is confidently and independently swimming lengths at just 4 years old, and all ready for her family trip to Mexico! 🤩🏖️☀️🏊🏼‍♀️
