Woohoo , when all else fails …. Follow the directions lol .

First attempt I missed a step ( ok 3 steps ) and was wondering why my gluten free sour dough wasn’t raising well .

I proceeded with a second batch … and woohoo look at the growth !!

This is just brown rice flour and water !

I use 1-1 flour from Saveon , next will be the new product from Costco
