Greetings, Prince George and surrounding communities! I am new to Prince George and wanted to introduce myself as a new RMT to the communities.😊

A little about me:
I was born in Vanderhoof, B.C., and embarked on my journey toward a fulfilling career in massage therapy after previously serving in equine therapy and government roles.
I completed the rigorous 2500-hour Registered Massage Therapy Program at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, B.C. My extensive training encompasses a wide array of techniques, including orthopedic special tests, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, soft tissue injury rehabilitation, muscular balance restoration, nerve compression relief, and mobility enhancement.
I prioritize a client-centred approach, customizing each treatment plan to meet each clients’ individual needs and aspirations. I am deeply passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals and feel their best.
Outside of work, I enjoy the natural beauty of B.C.; I’m often hiking, travelling, camping, fishing, or skiing. I also love to share my outdoor adventures with my canine best friend, Miller.
