Meet the face behind the care! 👋 Haley Marquette - Registered Massage Therapist

Haley is a Registered Massage Therapist and recent graduate from First College Kelowna, earning her Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy in 2023. She offers personalized treatments focused on recovery and rehabilitation, using techniques such as deep tissue massage, muscle stripping, and trigger point release. Outside of the clinic, Haley enjoys running and spending time at the lake with friends in the summer.

We recently sat down with Haley to chat about all things massage therapy, why she loves being an RMT, and what she likes about working at Krell Wellness.

New practitioner alert! We’re so excited to welcome Sarah Tesla, Registered Clinical Counsellor, to the Krell Wellness team.

Sarah offers virtual counselling for adults and brings a warm, relatable, and practical approach to therapy. She works closely with individuals navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, along with women moving through perimenopause and menopause.

Her approach is all about building understanding, how your brain and body work, and why, so you can move forward with more clarity, self-awareness, and compassion.

Sarah is now accepting virtual clients on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (with some limited Sunday availability).
