To The Core Pilates Class Descriptions
STRETCH
This class has an active approach to flexibility for the whole body with benefits for injury prevision.
INTERMEDIATE
Strong level, recommended for people who have participated in Pilates classes before or who are physically active with no major injuries.
GENTLE stretch and movement
Everyone welcome, geared for a modified and thoughtful approach.
CORE ESSENTIALS
This class has a focus on body awareness using foundation exercises to build a strong core. A great class for people new to Pilates or looking for functional support.
MELT ONLY
This class has a focus of hydrating the connective tissue and releasing stuck stress. This class you will need a MELT Ball. ( please send me a message if you are looking for MELT equipment)
GENTLE PILATES CLASS
This class has a focus on functional movement and increase body awareness while building strong core muscles.
