Hello everyone! Just wanted to update you,
I apologize sincerely for my abrupt maternity leave. I did however suddenly give birth and end up in Vancouver Children’s hospital. My baby Juniper is now 2 months old!
I am incredibly proud of Juniper as she was born at 24 weeks and has done amazing.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer!
And I will update again when I am back from maternity leave,
Kylie Ransom

First covid Vaccine down!💉
Feeling grateful knowing I can protect those around me who are vulnerable and myself of course.
Also if your anxious like I am you can ask to lie down on a stretcher, that way your dizziness won’t cause you to make friends with the floor. 😅
This picture outside is after though, so no worries there! Just a little tired but overall feeling happy.

Massage therapy involves being able to picture the anatomy, feel the changes you’re making and of course feedback from your clients.
I really want to work on my anatomy drawings and I thought the perfect start would be a drawing emphasizing a metaphor of massage.
“Reading the body” 🖐
Side note drawing hands is an Olympic sport; no one can tell me otherwise, perfecting them will take time.

Happy international Women’s day!!
“Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily that is not difficult” -Charlotte Whitton
Do whatever helps you remember how powerful women are today. From baking the perfect cup cake to lifting weights. Social norms always have us wanting to be better but also be reliable and responsible, we are women we are multitaskers.
I always try to remind myself that I have a choice to do what I feel comfortable and confident doing and I think sometimes that’s just saying NO and doing what you love is the best way to show that you are a powerful human being.

Welcome to my page, I am an outspoken, strong young women who moved to Montreal from British Columbia in July,19. I have started massaging in two locations Myalignment at the Atwater Club and the B52 gym (both located here in Montreal). I am truly enjoying meeting new people and am incredibly passionate about what I do. I love to teach clients about their imbalances in their bodies, anatomy and stress management all well relaxing out the tension of our day to day life.
Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues in the body such as the muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. Because I was trained In Kelowna, British Columbia I treat with a combination of techniques and look at the overall health of the client before deciding what techniques to use. Generally my treatment is deeper into the tissue and involves some discomfort (good pain) to increase success of pain relief.
Sports/ Activities can cause all types of injuries. Sports massage can help with the healing time after an incident and decreases the discomfort that follows. With proper assessment I can treat tendinitis, whiplash, sprains and strains as well as give some professional advice going forward with post injury. If you find you struggle with muscle spasms or DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) after you’ve beat your muscles up the gym, my treatment might just be what you need.
And if you read all that I hope you learned something, and didn’t fall asleep.
Feel free to message me and ask questions about massage or how to book!
