November Tester Tuesday

Wellness Days

Wellness Days are an ongoing offering that Jackie Rioux (Ladybug Wellness), Lyndsy McFadden (Lyndsy McFadden Wellness), and I bring to communities and organizations across the region.

We provide holistic, trauma-informed care that supports emotional release, grief support, and nervous system regulation. Depending on the needs of the group, we can be booked individually or as a team to create a customized circle of support.

✨ Lyndsy McFadden – Breathwork, Sound Healing, Access Bars

Our combined offerings weave together energy healing, reflexology, sound therapy, and regulation practices to help restore balance in a safe and supportive environment. We’re committed to culturally sensitive, spiritually grounded care that meets people where they are.

We are available to travel and offer Wellness Days in other communities, supporting both members and staff. If your band, organization, or group is interested in hosting, please reach out—we’d love to discuss availability, pricing, and how we can best support your needs.

Would you like to support your friends and family in finding relaxation and relief? Join us for Basic Foot Reflexology Training this January in Prince George, BC!

This foundational course will teach you practical techniques to provide comfort, reduce stress, and support healing for the people you care about most. Whether you're learning for personal use or as a first step toward a career in reflexology, this training meets the standards of the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and the Reflexology Association of British Columbia (RABC).

What You’ll Learn:
~20 hours of instruction and hands-on practice
~10-hour practicum to build confidence and skill
