I’m excited to share that I’ve teamed up with Jackie Rioux of Ladybug Wellness and Lyndsy McFadden of Lyndsy McFadden Wellness to bring Wellness Days to communities and organizations across the region.

Together, we offer holistic, trauma-informed care designed to support emotional release, grief support, and nervous system regulation. Each of us brings unique modalities, creating a circle of healing and support:

✨ Melissa Rioux – Reflexology, Ayurvedic Head Massage, Reiki
✨ Jackie Rioux – Trauma Release, Energy Clearing, Emotion Code
✨ Lyndsy McFadden – Breathwork, Sound Healing, Access Bars

Our collective work blends energy healing, reflexology, sound therapy, and nervous system regulation practices into a safe and supportive environment. The focus is on restoring balance through culturally sensitive and spiritually grounded modalities.
