Suspended in the gentle support of aerial hammocks, you’ll move through grounding partner breathwork, shared presence practices, and simple techniques that help deepen attunement — all while each person remains rooted in their own body and experience.
This playful, soulful afternoon offers a meaningful reset — a space to reconnect with yourself while fostering a deeper relationship with someone special in your life.
