Have you ever noticed that you can follow five different people who say the same things, but only one person will say it in a way that speaks to you?

This is because it’s their *consciousness*, not their content, that resonates.

In a world defined by a constant drip feed of information, the unending emphasis on “content creation” can feel deeply overwhelming (especially for all my fellow empath entrepreneurs out there).

But the simple truth is, in terms of creating change and connecting with the people you are meant to, it’s not about what you put out there. It’s about *who* you are...and your willingness to let your innate self shine through.

What does this mean?

It means that you do not need to be on a treadmill of endless output.

Or find the perfect words or the most ideal photo.

It means that your continual journey of self-recognition and expression is part of what makes you successful.

It means that you are enough.

And the real definition of success is just becoming even more of who you innately are ✨.

If you want even more reframes like this + deep support on your journey of creating a soul-led business, check out my course Business as a Spiritual Journey. 🏹 The sale ends January 29th!

Depending on where you live, you might think of winter as a limited time of the year where foraging is concerned. While it’s true that the herbalist is a bit more limited in this season, there is still plenty that nature has to offer.

Here are 8 herbs to forage in winter (and this is just to name a few!). 🧺

🌲Burdock (Arctium lappa) root
🌲Chickory (Cichorium intybus) root
🌲Conifer needles, such as fir (Abies spp.), pine (Pinus spp.), redwood (Sequoia sempervirens), and spruce (Picea spp.)
🌲Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) root
🌲Oak (Quercus spp.) acorns
🌲Rose (Rosa spp.) hips
🌲Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens) leaves
🌲Yellow dock (Rumex crispis) seeds

When we think of things that add that festive holiday feel to our homes, many of these winter herbs come to mind. We may think of the spikiness of fresh conifer needles, the uneven bumps and divets of bright red rosehips, and the smooth surface of waxy green wintergreen leaves.

One of our favorite ways to give our homes that feeling of the holidays is to incorporate these foraged winter herbs into our space, whether it be with a beautiful wreath adorning your front door, the different textures of various conifers bundled together to make that strand of garland, or the natural elements added to a simmer pot lending their earthy scents to your space.

📣 Speaking of foraging for fresh greenery and seasonal botanicals to give your home all the festive feels, don’t forget that all of our herbal courses are currently on sale for up to 25% off this season.

This holiday sale includes our Botany & Wildcrafting Course, The Foraging Course, and The Mushroom Course—all of which may come in handy when heading outside to bring in the herbal bounty that can be found during winter for decorating your home, making botanical goodies for holiday gifting, or making recipes to support your family’s wellness this winter.

Invisible thresholds that you know only by the way your skin pricks and shivers.

Places where the Shining ones live. Where spirit is as touchable, tangible, as water or leaves.

There are spaces, beside waterways, under rock or cave, where you'll be asked to shed the life you know.

To step out of your clothes as cleanly as a fox from her den, and merge with the brightlit reality of a shared world.

There are places, where magic rules the elements and every element is magic.

The portals are everywhere... Have you encountered one before?

Your body knows the way. Let it take you there.

Our Story

Welcome, my intention is to create a safe loving space where Mind, Body and Spirit can receive the benefits of Intuitive Messages, Reiki, and Elemental Healing. Hello everyone. Many of you know me, but I thought I would write up a bit of an introduction for those that don’t. My Spiritual journey has been much ongoing since I was a child but in the last 10 years, I have seen such a growth and develop in my abilities and confidence. On to more mundane matters, I am 47, and live with my Love in a little (200sq ft) cabin on 160 acres in central British Columbia, Canada. We live in the wilderness, our only neighbor for 10 km, is a cattle ranch. We have 4 dogs, 3 horses and an abundance of wild life that we share this space with. Between us we have 6 children and 6 grandchildren, all who live within a couple hours of us. My parents are moving here this spring and I am so looking forward to sharing the Magick of my home with them.

We have lived here for 3 years. The first 6 months we lived in a tent, while we built our cabin, since then we have slowly been adding the basic amenities to it. With the big one, electricity coming last November. This summer we hope to get the water in so we don’t have to haul water.

Anyway, suffice it to say nature and all the beauty, power and rawness is a daily part of my life. This merges well with my spiritual path. I guess the closest label, if I need one would be Green Witch, I forage for wild herbs, hunt for sustenance in the forests around us, and grow herbs and foods in our garden. More than that I tune in and connect the wild around me. My training is in Reiki, Access Bars, Trigger Point Massage, Angel Healing, Forensic Healing, Tarot/Oracle cards, Mediumship and I am currently enrolled in a course on Elemental Healing. It’s the Elementals that I have been guided to share with you over the coming months.

I know I have let the page slip a bit over the last few years as not having power or internet will do that, but I feel it is time to step and into my role as healer, teacher and wayfairer again. I look forward to connecting with you all again and bringing more wonderful things to this page. Thank you for your patience with me as we continue to learn and grow together.
