Those that have lost a loved one knows the emotions that come with the days that follow...Energies are depleted...Exhausted along with grief brain...

The toughest moments are when life goes on around you...still processing what has happened...reaching for someone who isn’t there to receive your touch...calling out thier name with no reply...Waking with moments of what used to be, before stepping back into the reality of what is now...Loneliness that cant be filled...

Only time...living moment to moment...surviving on energy of remembering...

It is just as hard for those who support the ones who are going through their toughest moments...

We lost my Sisters husband Stan Nikal Jr. to a tragic accident Thursday evening. He was helping a young couple on the side of the road when they were hit by a drunk driver... I don’t have much strenght to communicate at this time...

I am by my sister's side as she grieves...

I will postpone all reads for the next couple of weeks as we walk together for his last ride home...

Again we were hit with solar flares that were strong enough to disrupt our sleeps...

We are definitely going through a Nervous System "Rewiring"...Our bodies are going through a huge upgrade...Feeling the solar buzzing...all through your limbs...surging with electricity...the sun is coded to reshape you from the physical...emotional...mental and spiritual...

You are going through it now...

How long is this going to take?...That is up to you...

Creator/Universe/God (How ever you call your higher power) is asking you to release what no longer serves you...

Physical...Letting your body know you acknowledge it...Your body is alive and been trying to communicate with you...through pain...
Place your hands over the pained area and speak love and acknowledgement..."I hear you and I feel you"...Give the energy to your higher power...

Emotional...You're being asked to let go of emotions that have been bottled up within you...Allow yourself to let the tears flow...Remind your self you are in a safe place...

Mentally...You are being pushed to your limits at this time...thoughts running in every direction...day or night...Non stop...You are being asked to work on control and discipline...Every time your mind goes to places of the past...let go...acknowledge the painful past and remind yourself you are safe...

Spiritually...You are being guided to a higher version of yourself...All the wishing...praying for better is coming...the old you is breaking down...allow for detachment...your newer version is waiting for the connection...

This will soon come to a full circle...And it is up to you on when you will arrive...Doing the internal work is needed at this time...

Who am I...

Hello, my name is Patricia Evans. I am from Lax Kw’alaams BC, a beautiful coastal community along the edge of the Pacific Ocean. I belong to the Ganhada clan. I am a Tsimshian/Cree. Both parents come from a large family, My mother from Lax Kw’alaams and my father from Hay River Northwest Territories. I am a proud First Nations woman.

I am an Energy Healer, Medium, Psychic, Aurora seer, Wholeness Teacher, Past life Reader, Grandmother and mother.
