People come to massage for many different reasons.
Sometimes it’s pain or tension.
Other times it’s stress, fatigue, or feeling disconnected from their body.
And sometimes, it’s simply needing time to rest for yourself.
Please know there’s also no expectation to talk during your session. Some people like to chat, others prefer quiet — both are completely okay.
Each treatment is guided by your goals and what your body needs that day, whether that’s focused work, nervous system support, or space to fully switch off.
