I may have missed one of my favorite days, but happy belated International Dog Day! 🐶🩵I’m endlessly grateful for my pack of pups who brighten even the toughest days, remind me to laugh, and fill my heart with so much love! Life just wouldn’t be the same without them🐾

I'm thrilled to share that I'll soon be offering Core Yoga! A Yoga/Pilates fusion class that blends the flowing energy of Vinyasa Yoga with the focused strength of Pilates. This dynamic practice offers mindful movement, core strengthening, and meditation in motion, which is perfect for building strength, stability, and inner balance.
🧘‍♀️ Core Yoga launches Wednesdays at 5:30 PM starting October (possibly mid-September, stay tuned!). This class is beginner based!
