Lie down on your mat or in a gravity chair, wrap yourself in a blanket, and let the soft glow of salt lamps and gentle heat guide you into a deep body melt.

No movement, no pressure, just warmth, stillness, and restoration. Leave feeling calm, heavy, and restored!

✨ Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or anything you need to get comfy. If lying down isn’t an option, bring a gravity chair to still enjoy this experience! we have a few available to borrow✨
