5 minutes later — more frustrated than when he started. 😁
Couldn’t sit still. Got distracted. Ended up in a rabbit hole of random videos.

Meditation is not an escape from life. On the contrary, it is a soul-stirring embrace with the essence of life.
Balancing worldly activities with a daily dip inside ourselves puts us in touch with our eternal Self. We discover our innermost nature that never changes, even though our lives are immersed in constant outer change. This inner awakening to the Self is called Enlightenment.

AOLF offers effective educational and self-development programs and tools that facilitate the elimination of stress and foster deep and profound inner peace, happiness and well-being for all individuals. These programs, which include breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and practical wisdom for daily living, have helped millions around the world to completely transform their lives.
My personal experience
In 2009 I discovered the Art of Living Foundation in Calgary, when I attended the Happiness Program to learn the Sudarshan Kriya breathing meditation technique. It had such a positive impact on my life at a time when I had recently immigrated to Canada, and was experiencing enormous challenges. As a result I attended several of their other personal development programs, including the Art of Silence Retreat and the Art of Meditation.
I was so inspired by the organization, its founder and their incredible service projects around the world, that I began volunteering with the Art of Living on a regular basis.
When I accepted a job in Prince George, BC and realised that there was no Art of Living chapter here, I decided to start organizing the Happiness and Art of Meditation Programs, so that I could share these powerful stress management techniques that completely transformed my life.
