Time to vote for your executive team!!
All 6 of our executive positions will be open for application. These positions include co-presidents (2 positions available), secretary, treasurer, VP media, volunteer, and event coordinator. A short description of each position’s responsibilities is attached to this email.
The nomination/application period will run from Monday, March 17th to Sunday, March 28th. To apply, please send us a short blurb (750 words max) via email stating:
Why would you like this position?
What you bring to the table.
Goals for the club next year.
Please note that late applications will NOT be accepted. All applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on March 28th.
Once the nomination period closes, voting will begin. Voting will run from Saturday, March 29th to Friday, April 4th. Voting is anonymous and takes place via Google Forms. The Google Form will display the blurbs sent by all applicants for each position, followed by an option to vote. Only club members will be eligible to vote. Results will be announced April 5.
