Nothing prepares you for the moment your kid goes to school for the first time in their life. I’m a mixed bag of emotions as my oldest hits this major milestone. I have never been more proud, scared, excited, sad, apprehensive, and trusting of his incredible capabilities and the world he’s stepping in to.

You are 1 in a billion my son. You are going to move mountains with your empathy, focus, resilience, strength, and heart - this is just the beginning. I know you are ready for this even if you don’t.

I love you with every cell of my body. You made me a father, you made me a better person, you teach me every day and for all that I will forever be grateful. We will grow stronger together. Thanks for choosing me 🙏

7 years ago today I married my best friend and love of my life. This was the easiest decision I have ever made! 3 moves later, 2 kids, building our careers, and making time for adventuring has kept our heads spinning. Months feel like weeks now but I wouldn’t change this crazy pace for anything. Thank you for all you do for this family .a.acupuncture, we see you and appreciate all your incredible planning of our life 😘. I love you and this beautifully wild life we are blessed to have!

How do you know if PRP or Prolotherapy is right for you? ⬇️

If you are experiencing musculoskeletal pain or injuries in your tendons or ligaments PRP may be for you!

If you have painful symptoms in your lower back or spinal regions, extremities or joints Prolotherapy may be for you!

All patients will have a consultation first where I will explain the options and which I recommend based on your injury. Of course I can’t recommend anything until we meet in person!

Dramatic results even in your 50s!

Here are some results after just 2 weeks of his Botox setting in!

He looks 20 years younger, it’s absolutely incredible.

Picture 1. Surprise lines. In both photos his eyebrows are lifted as high as they can go!

Picture 2. Frown lines (or 11 lines) the 2 lines between his eyebrows look like the number 11 and that’s why they have the name!

Picture 3 and 4. Smile lines or crows feet! Both pictures he is smiling at the same level!

💉So you have decided to try Botox and aren’t sure how to prepare!

The good news is, not much preparation is required!

Receiving neuromodulators (aka Botox) is a fairly quick and painless process and no specialize preparation is needed.
There are a few recommendations though so here they are in list form!

1. Avoid alcohol 24 hours before as it can increase the risk of bleeding or bruising in the area.

2. Avoid coffee 24 hours before for a similar reason. The caffeine can raise your blood pressure and increase likelihood of bruising.

3. Try not to use topical products for a few hours on the skin before coming in as we will be sterilizing your skin and wiping it off anyway. Some products may break your dermal layer making you more prone to bruising or infection after. Dry, clean skin is best.

4. No waxing, bleaching, tweezing or hair removal creams in the area.

5. Aspirin or blood thinning medication can increase bruising or bleeding at the site so it’s recommended to avoid it 7-10 days before your appointment.
(Unless of course it’s medically necessary).

Your intake form will go over all of this and more and I’ll be asking about any medication you take during your consultation as well!
