At Sunset Studio, we are a collective of certified, passionate teachers. The studio offers various styles of yoga, barre, and pilates, has the most affordable membership rate in the city, and is welcome to all levels.

Huge shout out to Lululemon for giving away a yoga mat each session and to the Sunset team for teaching such accessible and lovely classes at Rainbow Park

🌈Join owner of Sunset Studio, and Lexi Seida MSW, for a gentle somatic therapy and yoga flow session designed to foster the embodiment of self-love through grounding movement, supportive group work, and creative self-affirmation.

❤️The session begins with an exploration of self-validation while crafting a personalized flower bouquet—each bloom chosen to represent a part of you that is worthy, enough, and beautifully seen. We will end with an 45/60 minute beginner friendly self-love focused yoga flow practice aimed to integrate our blooms into our being and body

SUP YOGA WITH RACHELLE July 6th

Bring your own Board- Meeting at 4:30pm, on water by 4:45pm

Enjoy an all levels paddle and SUP yoga class at Eena lake, north of Prince George. Feel the soft waves beneath your board as you are guided into nourishing shapes that will have you feeling embodied, empowered and relaxed!

Rachelle is a certified SUP yoga instructor and cant wait to lead you through a practice surrounded by nature.
