Find out what Jenna loves about this playful movement modality May 2nd at 2pm

You will learn Acroyoga fundamentals, strengthen your body, build connections, and unleash your inner acrobat!
Acro yoga includes making shapes with a partner or two. You will get to experiment with being a base, flyer, and a spotter!

Acroyoga is all about communication, building trust with our partners, and learning to tap into our inner child and play!

🤸bring a friend or partner is wonderful, but absolutely not necessary! We work as a group or in groups and there is opportunity to work with others!

Super Excited to Share this News!

As you know, our Pilates teacher extraordinaire, Vanessa, is heading to Bali to get her Reformer certification this spring. While she is away, our amazing team is stepping up to fill her shoes and continue to offer all her (usually waitlisted) classes!

It is with great delight I get to announce that one of our beloved students, Kiran, is currently in the process of finishing her Mat Pilates Certification. She will be offering an Embodied Pilates Series in the Thursday 4:15pm time slot at the Spruceland Studio while Vanessa is away.

You will see that the classes are posted as usual, meaning you can register with your membership or class pack for one class, or join all 4 (you will have to wait for the classes to populate as you can only register 2 weeks in advance)

We look forward to having more Pilates classes and styles for you in the near future!

Pretty please bring your own towels when you practice a warm or hot class with us. We are trying to limit the amount of laundry we do and to preserve our mats

If you borrow one of our mats you should be bringing a full mat towel so your sweat is not soaking into our mats.

We hand out cold clothes at the end of our heated classes to give you a refreshing experience, but please don't use them to wipe off your makeup or clean your props.

You will notice we have a curtain up in the back room at the Spruceland Studio. It would be appreciated if students would not enter.
