Kali bichromicum (often abbreviated as Kali-bich) is a premier homeopathic remedy for post-nasal drip, sinus congestion, and respiratory conditions characterized by thick, tenacious, stringy, and ropy mucus. It is specifically indicated when the mucus is so sticky and stubborn that it is very difficult to expel, often leading to a "plugged" sensation in the nose or throat.
