I am so honored to be hosting an incredible event this weekend with an incredible facilitator. Jackson Kurtz of Breath army will be joining me for a potent evening of breath and sound.
We will be holding space for anyone interested in breathwork. Whether you are experienced or new there will be something here for you.

There is a sliding scale applied to this event. If you feel are unable to attend due to financial constraints, please msg me and we can find a solution. We never want that to be something that comes between you and your next level.

I am beyond thrilled to co-create this transformative series with my lovely friend Brenda, a radiant yoga instructor from the Princeton area who is stepping into her light and alignment. 🌿

Join us this spring and summer for a soulful journey through each chakra, blending the gentle embrace of Yin yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. This special series is designed to nurture your inner harmony and elevate your spirit, creating a sanctuary for your soul to flourish. I'm so proud to share this space with Brenda and to offer this unique experience to our community.

This has been quietly building inside me for years.
A system I’ve been working with in my own healing, and with clients, long before I ever gave it a name.
But now she has one.
She has a voice.
A body.
A vehicle.

Energy Mechanics is a method, yes. But more than that—it’s a remembering. More than just another coaching style.
A way to see yourself differently... through your sensations, your emotions, your thoughts, your connection to something greater—and the language you speak it all in.

I’ve watched this work move people back into themselves.
