rovide this community with excellent therapy for imbalances and pain in the body, that in turn will improve their levels of fitness to live a healthier and happy life! I will use Manual Therapy and Exercise Training to help you improve your quality of life. It is my mission to show you how happy and healthy Manual and Exercise Therapy can make you! Taking care of your body is an important part of maintaining or improving fitness, and Manual Therapy treatments are one of the best ways to give your body the care it needs! It includes soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, and gentle mobilization aimed to relieve pain, increase range of motion, reduce stress, and help the individual increase their overall wellness. It does this by increasing space in the joints to decrease pressure and pain, lengthening muscles and ligaments for mobility and flexibility, and working out adhesions and trigger points that are the source of pain in tight muscles.
