Hi Everyone!

I know things have been quiet from me as of late, so here are a few announcements of new things I'm excited to add!

⭐️I will be offering Meal Planning Services
⭐️There will be meal deliveries every 2-weeks (individual and family options)
⭐️I will be doing Holiday baking/cooking (vegan & GF options)🎄
⭐️I will be at the Vendor & Craft Sale at Cyrus Eaton Elementary School on November 18th

There will be more information coming on each very soon!

I am at the Lobster Factory until 2pm today! 🍂🍁

Warm Carrot Ginger Soup🥕, Chickpea Caesar Salad🥗, and Pumpkin Cranberry muffins available (GFO)🎃!

I also have Paper Bag lunches today (chicken Caesar OR bbq chicken wrap, 2 oatmeal chocolate chip energy bites, and an apple) for $10! Great for a quick grab or School lunch 🍎!

Hi Everyone!

Just a heads up that the Fall Bowl has already sold out! If anyone was hoping to get one today and missed out, I can include it in the delivery menu for the end of this week.

There is still 🍠🥕Sweet Potato & Carrot soup left, as well as grab and go’s, and lots of freezer items 🙂

GoodMorning everyone! ☀️

We will be at the Lobster Factory from 11am-3pm on this gorgeous day 😊

Stop by for lunch, we have Sweet Potato & Carrot soup and the Fall Bowl (see pic). Both are delicious, nutritious, and full of that Fall feeling 🍂

You can check out our freezer options too for a quick, easy meal on those busy days. We have 2 new items in the freezer- Pasta Al forno (a delicious pasta bake), and handmade Beet Tortellini with a mushroom & ricotta filling (see pic).

Don’t forget, teachers get 10% off ALL soups, energy bites, and the Fall bowl today! 📚

A few new items on the menu this week for the first of many Fall focused menus 🍂🎃

Since teachers are back at school tomorrow I thought I’d give them one less thing to have to think about by offering a 10% teachers discount on ALL soups, the Fall Bowl, and energy bites.

Here’s another look at what I’ve been up to this summer! We ran several gourmet picnic events for Free People Marketing. Corporate groups left Fox Harb’r for a bike tour on local trails meeting me at Nelson’s Park in Tatamagouche.

On the menu was a caprese salad, lobster rolls on homemade buns, open-faced steak sandwiches topped with caramelized onions, local micro greens and homemade horseradish aioli, and two different salads - a fresh watermelon, cucumber, mint salad and a summer farro salad. For desert, strawberry shortcake made with local strawberries and a homemade coconut cream topping.

This was a really cool opportunity to showcase local ingredients in an upscale gourmet picnic style.

Thanks to everyone for popping into the Lobster Factory today 🥰. It was great featuring a fresh menu inspired by my Nonna!

I have been doing some really cool events outside the Lobster Factory and thought I’d share some pictures. I usually get so wrapped up in the events that I forget to grab some pictures 🤦🏼‍♀️ but here are a few, and I will post more later.

Here are the Harry Potter Sorting Cupcakes I made for our daughter’s birthday party. The cupcakes were topped with swirled vanilla buttercream (in the four colors of the Hogwart’s houses) and inside each was a mystery color indicating which house each cupcake eater was placed in. The sorting hat was sculpted out of modeling chocolate to complete the iconic sorting hat scene from “The Philosopher’s Stone”.

What a beautiful day on Water Street ☀️☀️☀️

We have Nonna’s Penne and Meat Sauce and Garden Salads fresh and ready for lunch 🍝🥗🥰

Also we have a fully stocked freezer with your favorites - lasagnas, spinach ricotta shells, gnocchi, pizza kits and tons of soups. Our seafood chowder (filled with tons of local seafood 🦞) is ON SALE!!

We also have 5 different varieties of Energy Bites (these make a great snack for back to school lunches) - gluten free and vegan options available!

There a few new menu items this week including Almond Coconut Beet Energy Balls-FULL of nutrients and delicious! We will also have fresh & warm Penne with a homemade Meat Sauce-made the way my Nonna taught me 👩🏼‍🍳

🚗I will be doing deliveries this week on Friday, August 18th. The items for delivery will be mostly freezer stock this week, with the exception of the Cheesesteak Salad (new menu item!).

I can deliver between Wallace and Port Howe. If you require the delivery made at a certain time, please specify when placing your order 🙂
