Chen Tai Chi Self Defense Tai chi is one of the best tools that you can apply for self-development and health. Its essence is in the synchronization of thought, breath, and movement.

That is why when we observe tai chi practice, it is revealed by slow gracious movement. We practice Chen style Tai chi 18 movement form. Also, we work on the breathing and stretching techniques and the feel of the opponent in soft self-defense. For the latter, we use push - hand. The classes take place at the Excellence fitness every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6h30 till 7h30.
