Happy New Year, fitness friends!
In 2024 I put my "bookseller" hat back on and went back to work at a bookstore, which meant changes to my personal training schedule. I really appreciate my clients who stuck with my through the scheduling changes and have continued to work with me. I hope in 2025 we can keep making progress on your goals ❤
For my own fitness goals, in 2025 I plan to continue adding weight to my heavy lifts (deadlift, squat, bench press, overhead press) and get to the gym at least three times a week. November and December were full of sickness and the loss of a beloved pet, so my workout regime definitely took a hit. 2025 will start off strong!
