Good news! 🎉 Our Chayo Clinic is hosting a Women’s Health Day 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟰 𝗣𝗠, to offer 𝗛𝗣𝗩 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The HPV test looks for the virus that can cause changes in the cells of the cervix. Detecting these changes early allows for follow-up and treatment long before they become dangerous.

Screening is recommended for most people aged 𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟲𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 who have a cervix.

Most people only need screening every 5 years when the result is normal. Some people may need screening every 3 years.

⚠️ The infection can lead to serious complications for pregnant women.
