✨ What is Yoga Nidra?
Often called “yogic sleep,” it’s a guided meditation practiced lying down. You’ll drift into a state between waking and dreaming where the body deeply relaxes and the mind finds stillness. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel as restorative as a few hours of sleep.

We’ll begin with Yin Yoga to gently open the body, then close with Nidra to soothe the nervous system and reset your whole being.
