In this private one-on-one experience, you’ll lie back on the open-air sauna deck while I gently attune to your energy body. Through intuitive chakra scanning and energy flow work, I begin to see the story your body is holding — and what’s ready to be released.

💫 You’ll be immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and ocean sounds as I guide energy through your system, clearing blockages and restoring balance.

No filters. No plans. Just a quiet moment of being.

After a day of doing and giving, it feels good to simply sit… to feel the breeze on my skin, the weight of my body exhale into the chair, and the knowing that I don’t need to be anything more than I already am.

Some days are about showing up.
Others are about softening in.

Tonight, I choose softness.
