I am a carer, a lover, a giver....nurturing people lights up my soul, it's why I am here on this earth right now. I firmly believe that encapsulating your placentas is one of the best ways that you can help your body heal postpartum. I live on Vancouver Island BC with my family...we moved back to Canada May 2020 after living in Australia for almost six years. I have always had an interest in healing the body through nutrition, I believe that what we put in our bodies effects our entire well being, body, mind and spirit. I had heard a little bit about Placenta Encapsulation but never fully looked into it until we decided to start a family. I found that I could do an online course teaching me the ways of Placenta Encapsulation, which I completed December 2015. The first Placenta that I had the honour of Encapsulating was my daughters, it was an amazing experience. Although I have nothing to compare it to, I fully believe that the capsules made a huge difference for me Postpartum. I would love to have the honour of doing the same for any woman interested.
