Yoga Grace We are a family-owned Yoga centre located in beautiful Qualicum Beach, BC. We share Yoga for ALL. Vitisting Yoga Grace is like being at home.

Yoga Grace is a spiritual centre for devotional studies, rooted in the ancient faith-based tradition of the Vedas. We’re a place for everyone. The classes are uplifting, the teachings are grounding, the practices are enlightening, and the teachers care about you. We are open for devotional studies seven-days a week and very much look forward to meeting you! The teachings and practices at Yoga Grace all reflect the intention of supporting you, empowering you, and guiding you towards realizing your true Spiritual nature. The methods and practices you will experience at Yoga Grace are rich and enlightening. The practice of Meditation is a powerful opportunity to cultivate a calmer, steadier, more tranquil mind. The highs and lows of the human experience have less of a hold on us as we get more familiar and comfortable with our peaceful, unmoving centre.

Why is this helpful to explore?!

Challenges are inevitable. When we are able to sit in meditation with a bit of discomfort, anxiousness, boredom, or whatever else arises within the mind —remaining composed and equanimous, the same becomes possible in the moments that challenge us in our daily life. From the composure and peace we’re able to keep with us, come more thoughtful words, decisions & actions, more in line with our true nature and deepest values. If our true nature and deepest values aren’t yet clear, our connection to these begins to develop. 🕊️

Join us every Tuesday and Friday at 2 pm as we practice this potent facet of Yoga. Both in-studio and live via YG Online.

Did you know that it’s World Meditation Day tomorrow (Sunday, Dec. 21st)?! Ricardoji will be sitting in on a special “World Meditates” meditation beginning at 7 am if you’d like to sit with him and Yogis from around the world. The regular 8 am class will start gently afterwards!

Join us for our holiday community classes to celebrate the holidays & the spirit of giving!

Classes on December 20th & 21st are FREE to book online, and are offered by cash donation. All proceeds will be going to the Hands & Hearts Program (formerly called the District 69 Backpack Program), a wonderful local organization that feeds children and families in need within our community.

Please pre-register online to save your spot as usual for FREE and bring a cash donation (recommended donation of $25+) when you arrive!

Join us for a playful and peaceful afternoon designed just for kids to embrace the cozy magic of winter! Our Kids Yoga Day Camp is a fun and nurturing experience where children ages 5-7 can move, create, connect & unwind. ❄️☃️🧣

Day Campers will enjoy:

Kids Yoga Class – A joyful Kids Yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness through winter-themed movement and breath, imagining snow, ice, and cozy warmth.

Arctic Adventure Yoga Games – Fun games that encourage play, teamwork & kindness, with a frosty twist!

Mindful Winter Art Activity – A creative project that encourages self-expression, focus, and imagination.

Healthy Hot Cocoa & Snack Time – We’ll learn about and enjoy nutritious snacks and a warming drink to fuel our bodies and minds.

Fireside Guided Relaxation – A gentle, guided meditation to help kids relax, reflect & build inner calm, visualizing a cozy winter scene.

Our activities are designed to cultivate mindfulness, self-love, confidence and provide practical tools for managing big feelings in everyday life. With a blend of movement, creativity, and calm, your child will leave feeling centered, joyful, and empowered.

We are so excited to celebrate the holidays with all of you this year. With the holiday season comes one of our favourite annual projects at Yoga Grace, our holiday fundraiser! Each year, the YG community comes together in love and generosity to support a local charity or organization who is up to incredible, heart-filled things!

This year, we’re supporting the (formerly called the District 69 Backpack Program), a wonderful local organization that feeds children and families in need within our community.

Here are a few ways to join in if you’re called to!

🫙Drop a cash donation into our jar! You will see it on the front desk all throughout the month of December.

🧘🏻Come to a holiday community class! Classes on December 20th & 21st are FREE to book online, and are offered by cash donation. Please pre-register online to save your spot as usual for FREE and bring a cash donation when you arrive! Expect fun classes, amazing PRIZES, tea, treats and warm community! ☕️🎉

🧺 Local business or artisan? We’re seeking donations to fill up some gorgeous gift baskets filled with gift cards, treats, and other goodies from our favourite local businesses. Please DM us or reach out at the studio if you would like to contribute!!! Raffle tickets for these baskets will be sold throughout December and we will draw for lucky winners on December 22nd!

Join us as we share a Posture Tune Up afternoon workshop, focusing on standing and balancing postures! ⚖️

If you’re looking to feel steadier, stronger, and more peaceful in your Yoga Asana (posture) practice, please join us! This workshop with will support you in refining and aligning your standing and balancing postures.

Perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, we’ll reveal helpful tips & modifications for a range of variations within each shape. We’ll have time to learn, explore, ask questions, and walk away with tools and wisdom to support us in finding more peace and ease in our practice! Expect lots of hands-on adjustments and personalized support as we explore postures seen in many of our classes at YG.
