Hah, Hah, Happy Sunny Sunday to you🌱 What a beautiful time of year! The robins are back and fresh greens are starting to pop up all around! 🌱🌱🌱

I’m picking and selling nettles this year. Let me know if interested.

Also very pleased to share I’m working on a little collaboration with special guest Anita Murdoch from two to twelve herbals for an April 13th Spring Plant walk. Details will come with April Schedule this Friday. Stay tuned 🌱🌱🌱

Spring 2024 Yoga Classes begin next week.
Hatha Flow begins Tuesday March 19th. Time 5-6:30pm
Gentle/Chair Yoga begins Wednesday March 20th. Time 10-11:30am
Classes are held at Quadra Community Centre, upstairs in room #3
